About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and scalable user experiences using our core tech stack: Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, Develop, and Maintain High-Performance Web Applications: Utilize Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS to create engaging and interactive web applications.
  2. Architect Scalable and Maintainable Frontend Systems: Focus on performance and best practices to ensure smooth user experiences.
  3. Translate Product Requirements and UX Designs into Robust Features: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure alignment between design, backend, and frontend development.
  5. Participate in Code Reviews and Mentor Junior Developers: Uphold high engineering standards and share knowledge.
  6. Implement SEO-Friendly Features: Include page speed optimization and structured metadata.
  7. Troubleshoot and Debug Frontend Issues Efficiently: Maintain a high bar for quality.
  8. Explore New Technologies and Suggest Improvements: Continuously enhance our tech stack and development workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control tools and agile software development practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or testing libraries like Jest.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
  • Prior experience in a senior-level role within a fast-paced development environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
