  • Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain project plans, ensuring client approval as needed. Establish communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams.

  2. Triage project requirements, collaborating with the team to develop solutions or seek assistance from management when necessary to meet project timelines.

  3. Lead project implementation from start to finish, ensuring seamless handovers to the support team and exceptional quality deliverables.

  4. Generate change requests where applicable, aiming to increase revenue opportunities for clients.

  5. Deliver client expectations within agreed-upon project timelines, achieving all objectives captured in Statements of Work (SOWs) with high quality.

  6. Utilize supporting teams such as Project Execution, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams as needed for successful implementation.

  7. Engage in or contribute to at least 3 process improvement initiatives enhancing project delivery and seamless client support.

  8. Limit functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into production.

  9. Communicate proactively with clients and management regarding any mismatches impacting project schedules.

  10. Maintain and provide relevant data on project status and progress upon request from management.

  11. Train self and team members on implementation processes and client data validation.

  12. Apply hands-on experience in project management using various tools, covering activities like project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFPs, etc.

  13. Understand the design and solution process for added advantage.

  14. Experience in handling fixed-price projects and preventing scope creep and resource wastage is essential.

  15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for this role.
