Job Summary:

A dedicated and results-driven individual is sought to lead the development and implementation of engaging training programs. This role involves partnering with operations teams to drive site-wide and campaign-specific training initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for team leaders and employees, focusing on continuous improvement and upskilling.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure effective training support performance metrics and business outcomes.
  • Pioneer innovative, technical, and engaging training content tailored to each campaign's unique needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed curriculum, training materials, and evaluation tools across multiple training levels, from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all training-related inquiries and support.
  • Ensure all training materials align with global standards and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, team development, and employee onboarding programs.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and adaptability to evolving training needs.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across departments.
