Job Title: Employee Relations Executive

We are seeking a strategic People Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees. This role thrives in an environment where empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential.

The successful candidate will develop the Employee Relations practices and people strategy, creating deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business consultants.
  • Implement sound resolutions and address complex questions and issues of consultants.
  • Advise and influence management on complex employee relations decisions to ensure an excellent experience for consultants.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns.
  • Generate business leads through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants.
  • Design and implement trending analysis and ER metrics.
  • Directly handle complex ER matters and investigations.
