Lead Developer Position

Application Architect

This role involves providing high-level application development services, typically as part of a project team or in an application support capacity. The developer will analyze, design, code, test, and implement systematic solutions to meet customer needs that adhere to IT standards and policies.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing applications using Java and Spring. They should be well-versed in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and DevOps tools like Git and Gradle. Experience with cloud platforms is also desirable.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements. They will concentrate on delivering innovative solutions to complex business needs and perform work in compliance with all IT standards, policies, and procedures.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as the role requires interaction with architects. Basic knowledge of Python is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have experience in performing design patterns for developing web applications and hands-on integrating front-end and back-end applications.
