Job Title: Software Engineering Expert

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Consultant to fill this challenging position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering and experience with the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years on the ServiceNow platform. In addition, they should have hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and a strong understanding of HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.

  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).

The key responsibilities include unit testing, defect fixing – all testing cycles, movement between instances, cutover, and go live hypercare support. Additionally, experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is highly desirable.
