We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving repeat business and customer loyalty through effective retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute customer retention journeys, including onboarding, engagement, repeat, cross-sell, win-back, and churn prevention.
- Increase Repeat Purchase Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through targeted CRM strategies.
- Segment customers using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral cohorts.
- Proven experience in customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM software and automation tools, such as Klaviyo and Shopify CRM integrations.
