Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer, SASE

We are on the frontlines against cyber threats and attacks, protecting everyday transactions in the digital environment.

This role is critical to our mission as a key member of our technical support team. You will enable customer success by providing timely and effective support to clients after they have purchased our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and partners
  • Offer configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish technical support bulletins and other documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Review technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to expedite resolution

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Technical Support environment is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English
  • Expertise with Network Protocols and Technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)
  • Strong ability to independently debug complex networks
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
  • Experience working with multi-factor authentication security systems
  • Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack)
