Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams. Collaborating with global stakeholders and engaging with the team to ensure delivery of accurate and timely financial insights is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
