Employment-Based Immigration Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex immigration cases, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Draft, review, and edit intricate visa petitions, including NIWs, O-1s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.
  • Independently oversee a large caseload while ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Report on the progression and status of cases to legal teams and managers.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in preparing evidence, documents, and exhibits, adhering to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and initiative in case assignments, identifying and resolving delays.
  • Prepare and coordinate the production of documents and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).

The successful candidate will possess at least three years of experience in immigration law, with expertise in O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are desirable.
