Job Description

As a Regional Manager North, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for the West India region in the BFSI and Public Sector verticals.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects in the BFSI and Public Sector domains.
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a Regional Manager North include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and service requests.
  • Monitoring regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration or Management, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications in BFSI or Public Sector management are a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within the BFSI or Public Sector industries.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role and driving sales performance in the West India region.
