Job Summary

  • Optimize clients' recruitment and onboarding processes by integrating SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases to identify new features and recommend best practices.
  • Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central for seamless functionality.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions for effective use and adoption of implemented modules.
  • Implement ONB20 in conjunction with ONB 10 existing references for clients. Provide continuous post-implementation support and improvement services.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with HR processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document project progress, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment and onboarding best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
