Job Title

About this role:

  • The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, operating and administering activities throughout the end-to-end hiring process.
  • This includes supporting interview processes, calendar management and tracking candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with coordination, scheduling and administration tasks, as well as a strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview scheduling and calendar management.
  • Candidate data management and ATS maintenance.
  • Supporting the interview process and maintaining stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
  • Previous TA operations/administration, coordination, scheduling experience.
  • Maintaining multiple stakeholder calendars and high volume interview scheduling requests requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree is a must in any field.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
