Job Overview:

As a Radio Access Network Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing private 5G networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Select radio solutions based on project needs and define wireless coverage requirements.
  • Perform RAN network interference analysis and mitigation, dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
  • Assist customers in procuring private 5G spectrum and understand spectrum requirements.
  • Prepare bill of materials (BoM) and bill of quantities (BoQ) as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product and solution offerings based on customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals responses for tender/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radio access networks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
