Lead Oracle Financials Implementation Consultant

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Financials Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, collaborating with clients to understand their financial management processes, and designing solutions to address business needs using Oracle Fusion Financials.
About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, collaborate with top-tier clients, and drive business growth. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules and configurations to design and implement end-to-end financial solutions.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, provide consulting services, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Oracle Fusion Financials and related financial technologies to recommend enhancements and ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a strong focus on financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and its integration with other enterprise applications (e.g., HCM, Supply Chain Management).
  • Familiarity with Fusion Accounting Hub, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle Cloud integration tools.
  • Knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) in the context of financial processes.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects in a lead or senior consultant capacity.
  • Strong experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance using Oracle Financials.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials (preferred, but not mandatory).
