Job Title: AI Assurance Leader

LTIMindtree is seeking an AI Assurance Lead to join our Quality Engineering (QE) Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Expertise:
    • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
    • Utilize knowledge of various AI frameworks, libraries, and tools, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Testing Methodologies:
    • Design and implement testing methodologies specific to AI models and algorithms.
    • Test different types of AI models, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Assess and ensure the quality of training data for AI models.
    • Clean and preprocess data to enhance model performance.
  • Automation and Tooling:
    • Develop automation scripts using open-source tools for AI applications.
    • Familiarity with specialized AI testing tools and frameworks.
  • Performance and Scalability Testing:
    • Audit and optimize the performance and scalability of AI models.
    • Simulate scenarios to evaluate AI model behavior under different conditions.
  • Ethical AI Practices:
    • Understand ethical considerations in AI and implement testing practices that align with responsible AI principles.
  • Collaboration:
    • Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Aware of regulations and standards related to AI, ensuring testing practices comply with relevant guidelines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges in AI testing.
  • Team Building:
    • Experience building technology testing capability from scratch.
