Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our medical analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough manual testing of complex patient data to ensure accuracy and reliability in processing.
  • Execute comprehensive test plans across web applications to validate user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios.
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy across diverse medical datasets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks or scripting for test automation.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools and basic understanding of REST endpoints.
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to establishing QA processes and documentation standards, helping us scale our testing practices effectively.
