We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to fill this challenging role.

About the Job

This position is ideal for an experienced Automation Testing Specialist looking to leverage their skills in ensuring software quality. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in:

  • Detecting software bugs early in the development lifecycle by collaborating with the development teams to promote continuous alignment.
  • Implementing automated tests for multiple scenarios, covering various country instances.
  • Extending test coverage to support early bug and risk detection.
  • Working closely with distribution and domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
  • Proposing process improvements and driving implementation to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintaining proficiency in tools and components required for task execution.
  • Adhering to best practices and methodologies adopted by our organization.
  • Creating relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality strategy.

You will require:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Skills in building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

The following qualifications are valued but not mandatory:

  • Experience in load/stress testing using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.

This is a remote position requiring collaboration with country distribution and core domain squads.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
