Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC System Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and managing HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for calculating heating and cooling needs, designing HVAC systems, and proposing new products and technologies. They will also evaluate test reports, oversee construction, and resolve issues related to HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
  • Calculate heating and cooling needs and design HVAC systems
  • Evaluate test reports and oversee construction of HVAC systems
  • Resolve issues related to HVAC systems during and after construction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years experience
  • Working knowledge of Revit
