Job Title:
Senior Manager - Business Consulting Risk Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Business Consulting team, specializing in Risk Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile client engagements and developing strategic solutions to mitigate risks and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and influencers in existing client engagements
• Develop and implement cross-selling opportunities to current clients, introducing colleagues from other service lines
• Conduct knowledge-sharing discussions and contribute to EY thought leadership initiatives
• Represent the firm in various industry conferences and associations, network with individuals, and contribute to key discussion items and explore business opportunities
• Plan, schedule, and lead client engagements, determining and deploying the right team with adequate skill sets for executing engagements and periodically reviewing the status of engagements and work products
• Review compliance with internal quality and risk management guidelines, review and package overall project findings into clear, concise, and high-quality work products, and lead presentations at Audit Committee meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor or master's in business administration
• Proven experience in risk management, business consulting, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
• Agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable, with a creative approach to problem-solving
