Job Title

As a seasoned operations professional, you will oversee the smooth execution of banqueting and catering services.

  • Lead day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver exceptional events.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for seamless event logistics.
  • Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage departmental staff in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
Requirements

A bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is required.

  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
