Cloud Computing Specialist Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Cloud Computing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud solutions across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Lead Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
  • Architect and manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Build secure cloud networking solutions (VPCs, load balancers, firewalls).
  • Drive DevOps best practices and optimize cloud spend through resource management and automation tools.
  • Develop monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in one or more cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud networking.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools and containerization technologies.
  • Solid background in DevOps practices and cloud cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of cloud security & compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Multiple cloud certifications.
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh.
  • Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
