Job Title: Cloud Data Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cloud Data Architect to design, implement and manage scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust ETL/ELT processes using Python and integrate with data orchestration tools.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Optimize BigQuery performance through efficient schema design, partitioning, clustering, and query optimization.
  • Manage and maintain data lake and data warehouse environments ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Automate and monitor data pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable data delivery.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.

Mandatory Skills:

  • In-depth experience with GCS, BigQuery, IAM, and Cloud Functions.
  • Expertise in data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data storage, access patterns, and integration.
  • Experience in authoring and managing DAGs for complex workflows.
