Job Title: Academic Lead

We are seeking an experienced Academic Lead to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality educational content, leading a team of educators and subject matter experts, and ensuring academic rigor and excellence.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop academic structures and curricula aligned with competitive exams and international standards.
  • Sponsor the creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, and study materials.
  • Lead and manage a team of subject matter experts, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Develop and own the academic structure and progression of the curriculum, aligning with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.
  2. Content Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of SMEs, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • At least 7 years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • Experience in ed-tech platforms, digital tools, and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CBSE 10th board curriculum.
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus:

  • Candidates with English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred.
