Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team as a seasoned Okta Subject Matter Expert.

\

About the Role:

\

This is a hands-on, technical leadership position that requires deep expertise in Okta Identity Cloud, including architecture, implementation, integration, and support of Okta-based solutions in complex enterprise environments.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and API security, as well as experience with integrating Okta with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, and Office 365.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Okta solutions across projects\
  • Design, configure, and implement Okta Identity Cloud features including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, and API access management\
  • Integrate Okta with various applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and other protocols\
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and security leads to define access control strategies and identity workflows\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and provisioning\
  • Conduct health checks, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Okta environments\
  • Develop documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and runbooks\
  • Stay current with industry trends and Okta product developments to continuously improve solutions\
  • Familiarity with adjacent IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or CyberArk\
  • Scripting skills for automation and customization\
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native IAM practices\
  • Okta certifications are a strong advantage\
