Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the finance & accounting department, including cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, general ledger, payroll & utilities, expense planning and management, budget preparation & variance analysis, assets reconciliation, and treasury operations.
  • Monitor & analyze financial data, producing financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows).
  • Establish proper expense policies and principles, coordinate annual audits, maintain fiscal files and records, and ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering business growth.
  • Support senior leadership in fund raising activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience as an accounting manager, supervisor, controller, or treasury manager.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment operations and digital payment processing.
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and external partners like bankers and auditors.
  • Familiarity with the financial services / payments industry.
  • Must be an 'owner & entrepreneur' in deploying organizational resources effectively.
