Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in handling cash flows, margin calls, and collateral management.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in cash and position reconciliations across multiple products and platforms.

Responsibilities will include executing and monitoring internal transfers, ensuring timely and accurate settlements that meet regulatory requirements.

Oversight of payment processing and SWIFT transactions is also required, ensuring compliance and accuracy to prevent financial risks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support KYC documentation and compliance processes to maintain a strong risk management framework.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
  • Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.
  • Exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify process gaps and contribute to efficiency improvements within the cash management function.
