We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent digital marketing skills and the ability to think creatively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing campaigns.
- Creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Innovating new campaign ideas and sharing them with other team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for user acquisition, relevance, and customer preferences.
- Tracking and measuring campaign-level, ad-set-level, and ad-level performance, and providing actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- High ownership, ability to multi-task, creative outlook, iterative skills, analytical skills, and user empathy.
