We are seeking an exceptional Membership Experience Director to join our team in Mumbai
The successful candidate will have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our members, driving engagement and growth through events, programming, and membership services.
The salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleAs Membership Experience Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Design, Content, Creative, Digital, and Partnerships, to deliver innovative events, programming, and membership services that meet the evolving needs of our members.
Your key objectives will include:
- Creating memorable events and experiences that connect our members and foster a sense of community
- Developing and executing targeted membership initiatives to drive engagement and growth
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and programs
- Providing exceptional customer service to members, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
