Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to join our team.

  • Develop and implement quality management processes to drive continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.
  • Manage claim quality and client-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality interventions and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management
  • Drive process control and compliance initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality management processes and framework.
  • Develop and implement out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process in International BPO.
  • Strong working knowledge of QUALITY matrices.
  • Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of TTQ systems, tools, and technologies.
