Job Title:
Data Insight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Insight Specialist. This individual will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis of data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Designing and executing detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conducting data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Utilizing SQL, Python, and Excel to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting
  • Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Documenting, tracking, and managing defects using a defect tracking tool
  • Continuously improving testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities
  • Supporting test planning, strategy, and execution within Agile and Waterfall environments

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, with experience in data visualization and interpretation
  • Experience working with defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
  • Exposure to performance load testing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
