Job Title: Business Development Associate - International Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at M Square Media (MSM). The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting business development by working closely with students, parents, and educational institutions to increase international student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential international education aspirants and their parents
  • Generate client leads from identified sources
  • Approach and communicate with key decision-makers in elite schools, colleges, and IELTS coaching centers to secure tie-ups and presentations
  • Onboard channel partners and provide student counseling services
  • Explore new lead sources and plan events with channel partners
  • Participate in relevant events and activities in the territory
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience with a focus on business development, partnership, and sales in the higher education sector
  • Strong knowledge of the territory assigned and ability to identify opportunities and challenges for business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages
  • Good networking skills and ability to work independently
  • Open to traveling and having a 2-wheeler is a must
