We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relations Manager to join our team at RISHI JOBS. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.


Main Responsibilities:


1. Building relationships: You will establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns. You will also meet with the clients on regular intervals and take note of their requirements and offer proper guidance.


2. Generating new business: You will help generate new business by cross-selling and up-selling. You will also identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.


3. Onboarding new clients: You will handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition. You will assist the Service Manager and provide all the necessary support for onboarding and post-procedures.


4. Addressing client issues: You will promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams, Service Manager, and concern person as per the timeline. You will update the status of the transactions and timely follow up with the client & internal teams/External Teams in case of any issues.


5. Conducting surveys & Feedbacks: You will conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving customer satisfaction. You will analyze the feedback and desire to improve.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationship with customers and internal stakeholders. Passion to drive the business and meet existing clients and prospects. Client-first attitude. Ability to change, learn, unlearn, and relearn. Desire to spread the importance of Financial Awareness. Efficiency on MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Google Slides / Sheets are preferred.
