Job Description

We are seeking an expert in site acquisition to join our team. As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential locations for new retail stores through market research and analysis. Your expertise in evaluating local demographics, footfall potential, and competitive landscapes will enable us to assess property suitability based on location, accessibility, and visibility.

You will conduct thorough site visits to prepare comprehensive reports with key findings and recommendations for shortlisted properties. Additionally, you will support senior managers in negotiating lease terms, rental agreements, or purchase contracts with landlords or brokers, and gather necessary documents and coordinate follow-ups with property owners or agents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Research & Property Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.
  • Site Visits & Initial Assessments: Conduct thorough site visits to assess property suitability based on location, accessibility, and visibility.
  • Negotiation Support: Support senior managers in negotiating lease terms, rental agreements, or purchase contracts with landlords or brokers.
  • Coordination & Documentation: Work closely with legal and finance teams to compile and review documents related to property acquisition and agreements.
  • Vendor & Broker Relations: Build relationships with brokers, agents, and developers to stay informed about new property listings.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Assistance: Assist in ensuring all legal, zoning, and regulatory requirements are met for selected properties.
