Talent Sourcing Professional

As a detail-oriented and driven operations specialist, you will support our talent acquisition team in sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles.

You will leverage professional platforms to build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across industries and roles, ensuring a smooth pipeline for the hiring team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interviewer/Panel Sourcing: Utilize job boards and other platforms to identify potential interviewers and build a diverse talent pool.
  2. Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles and skills.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely communication.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, providing expert advice and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, with the ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
