Job Title: Discipline Manager

The University seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Chief Proctor to lead the maintenance of discipline, student welfare, and campus harmony.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can oversee and ensure discipline among students within the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Proctors/Assistant Proctors and coordinating disciplinary mechanisms. They will also counsel students on behavioral, ethical, and community standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure discipline and order within the University campus.
  • Supervise Proctors/Assistant Proctors and coordinate disciplinary procedures.
  • Counsel students on behavior, ethics, and community standards.
  • Handle grievances and incidents with fairness, sensitivity, and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Master's Degree with at least 10 years of experience in teaching/administration in higher education institutions. They should also have proven ability to manage student discipline and welfare. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
