About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a UX Research Intern and be part of our team.

In this role, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and human-centered design. You will work closely with our product and design teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform.

  • You will plan, conduct, and summarize 1:1 interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic evaluations involve reviewing our product to spot usability issues and suggesting improvements.
  • You will also conduct competitor analysis by benchmarking competitor products and highlighting opportunities for innovation.
  • An essential part of your job will be qualitative research, identifying themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • You will assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize 1:1 interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  2. Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  3. Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  4. Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  5. Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Internship Details

The internship is fully remote and runs for two months. You will commit around 20 hours per week to the project. We encourage applications for immediate start.
