Driving User Experience Transformation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, gather insights into customer needs and behaviours, and contribute to impactful projects that enhance user experience and satisfaction.

This role involves analysing research findings, compiling actionable reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into product development processes.

  • Conduct comprehensive user research studies to identify key trends and patterns in customer behaviour.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to create a deep understanding of target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of user research into product development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies and tools, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to diverse stakeholders.
