We are seeking a skilled User Experience Researcher to contribute to impactful projects that directly impact user experience and satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into customer needs and behaviors, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Analyse research findings and compile actionable reports for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of user-centric design principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate user research into product development processes, aligning with organisational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance understanding of target audiences, fostering empathy and user-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Utilise various research tools and methodologies to evaluate user experiences and pain points, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
  • Presentation of research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members, leveraging excellent communication skills to convey complex data effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies and tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings effectively, with keen eye for detail and user-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferably have experience working in the technology and telecoms industry.
