Job Description

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into customer needs and behaviors.

We are looking for a skilled UX Research Analyst who has experience working in the technology and telecoms industry. You should have a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, and be proficient in user research methodologies and tools.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have a user-centric approach to problem-solving and be able to interpret complex data effectively.

The Role

As a UX Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our customers' needs and develop products that meet those needs. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly and meet our customers' expectations.
