Offline Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offline Marketing Specialist to lead our offline marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual offline marketing plan, identifying key offline channels and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics, creating quarterly and monthly activation calendars and budgets, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive offline marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the offline marketing space.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, community outreach programs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners to support offline marketing efforts.
    • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with admissions team, creative/content teams, and digital marketing team to align offline efforts with online campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in offline marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
