We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant.
Job Description- This role involves the preparation and review of complex tax returns, including form 1065 for partnerships, as well as corporation and S-Corporation returns for federal and state jurisdictions.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for guarantee payments and identifying potential adjustments due to tax law changes.
- Preparation and review of complex tax returns for financial service or operating partnership, including form 1065-Partnership returns and federal & state jurisdiction returns.
- Detailed review of simple and moderate returns for partnership, corporation, and S-Corporation for federal and state jurisdiction.
- Guarantee payments - Concept and application on the tax returns.
- Potential adjustments due to tax law changes - Identify and reflect on workpapers and returns.
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification hands-on experience with US accounting firm.
- Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of US Tax Code is required.
