Electric Motor Sales and Product Costing Manager Job DescriptionAbout the Role:OEM sales and product costing are key responsibilities in this role. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with customers, particularly Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturers, to manage OEM sales effectively.Main Responsibilities:
  • OEM Sales: Manage OEM sales for various electric motor products like BLDC Motors, PMSM Motors, etc.
  • Product Costing: Analyze and optimize product costing for electric motors to ensure competitiveness.
  • RFQ Management: Handle RFQs, including preparation of NFR and PFR documents, to meet customer requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Organize and analyze data related to product lines and customer needs for efficient sales operations.
  • Motor Expertise: Manage sales and product costing for specialized electric motors like hub motors and traction motors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in OEM sales and product costing for electric motors.
  • Strong understanding of RFQ management and data analysis principles.
  • Proficiency in preparing NFR and PFR documents.
  • Familiarity with electric motor applications in EV or domestic appliance manufacturing.
