Job Description

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation systems and hardware solutions. This includes working on CCTV hardware, networking protocols, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems to ensure smooth integration, testing, commissioning, and long-term system reliability.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CCTV, camera infrastructure, and networking hardware, as well as proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and networking protocols. Experience in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting is also essential.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with existing IT and security infrastructure. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering (or related field).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of instrumentation systems and hardware solutions
  • Installation, configuration, and testing of CCTV systems and associated hardware
  • Management and maintenance of system performance, reliability, and uptime through regular monitoring and preventive maintenance
  • Support installation and maintenance of networking protocols, hardware, and camera systems
  • Configuration and optimization of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and other network protocols for seamless connectivity
  • Conduct system diagnostics and performance tests, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with existing IT and security infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering (or related field)
  • Strong hands-on experience with CCTV, camera infrastructure, and networking hardware
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and networking protocols
  • Experience in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
