Industrial Real Estate Investment Leader

The position involves leading real estate acquisitions and investments, with a focus on industrial parks. This includes evaluating, structuring, and executing deals, as well as analyzing financial models and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
You will be responsible for designing optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions, preparing investment memos and approval notes, and managing due diligence processes.
Additionally, you will monitor asset performance, oversee key asset management functions, and provide regular progress reports to fund investors.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: A professional qualification in finance such as CA, CFA, or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive results aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial and operational problems.
