Strategic Brand Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving brand equity, fostering a robust brand program that encompasses product superiority, equity, and market types.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the company's overall vision.
  • Build and maintain a masterbrand architecture strategy, leveraging category insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Craft positioning statements that effectively communicate brand value and differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Develop 360-degree brand campaigns designed to elevate brand equity and preference, incorporating a multi-channel approach to maximize impact.
  • Create a communication strategy that fosters engagement and builds brand awareness through purpose-driven campaigns and product superiority initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an 'Always On' digital plan, spanning a 12-month calendar and encompassing various marketing channels.
  • Deliver actionable brand health metrics through strategic communication plans, focusing on impactful and innovative approaches.
  • Establish and evolve the Masterbrand visual identity and packaging design, developing a Visual Identity Playbook and detailing the brand's sensorial signature.
  • Evaluate and refine the Masterbrand strategy in response to changing market dynamics and competitor activity.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in brand management, with a strong understanding of FMCG category principles and significant brand campaign execution.
  • MBA or equivalent, with a focus on marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to brand management or brand equity.
  • End-to-end expertise in creating compelling brand TVCs and campaign planning, coupled with commercial acumen for effective budget management.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer insights and strategic execution-oriented thinking.
  • Familiarity with navigating the brand world and collaborating closely with agencies.
  • Desirable Qualities:
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business KPIs and foster collaboration.
