Pitch & Creative - Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth community and bid team across APAC.

This position reports directly to the Regional Growth Director/Creative Director.

You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling proposal materials and delivering high-quality creative outputs that embody Tag's pursuit of innovative design.

These presentations are crucial in helping us win business in the market.

  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in design principles, typography, page layout, and Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Brand Guardianship: Design impactful and visually appealing documents, presentations, and pitch materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate us from others
  • New Design Solutions: Develop innovative ideas, propose alternative approaches, and challenge traditional methods

This role requires both autonomy and leadership skills to collaborate with regional stakeholders and deliver tailored design solutions as needed.

The position is based in Chennai and Bangalore, with rotational shifts depending on the region and line manager discretion.
