About the Role

This exciting opportunity is centered around leading and executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as managing event strategies to generate demand and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in generating qualified leads, identifying opportunities, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Demand Generation

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive lead generation through various digital platforms, leveraging analytics to refine our approach for optimal results.

Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.) to achieve business objectives.

Event Management

Create engaging experiences for customers through SAP-specific and general industry events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.

Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure effective event execution and meaningful outcomes.

Lead Routing and Conversion

Streamline the lead routing process, providing clear guidance to prospects throughout their journey to conversion.

Analyze pipeline performance to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine our lead management strategy.

Strong Collaboration

Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with company objectives, driving shared success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and event management at a global scale.
  • Proven expertise in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of lead routing processes and conversion strategies.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SAP events and campaigns is highly valued.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in mid-market and enterprise-level environments.
