Job Description:

Navavarn Events is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our events by coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Oversee on-ground event setup, including décor, audio-visual setups, and seating arrangements.
• Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Supervise registration desks and guest management during events.
• Handle logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering services.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Maintain post-event documentation, including feedback collection and performance reports.
• Work closely with the creative team to implement branding and design elements as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or operations, preferably in an event management company.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
