Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Management Professional to manage high net worth individual relationships and provide tailored investment solutions. This role demands exceptional communication skills, in-depth knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to navigate complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets for high net worth individuals and banking partnerships
  • Ensure that targeted profitability objectives across these clients are met
  • Achieve customer level profitability goals
  • Drive AUM growth objectives
  • Meet sign on objectives as defined by senior business leaders

Requirements:

  • Graduation or post-graduation in finance or marketing is essential
  • AMFI certification is mandatory
  • NCFM (National Certificate in Financial Markets) certification is preferred but not compulsory
  • CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) and IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) certifications
  • Strong sales and influencing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of banking products and processes
  • Proven relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Effective communication
  • Knowledge of market competition and trends in the financial industry

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in wealth management is required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with insurance experience and retail relationship management profiles
